Prime Garage Doors' quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided. A deposit is required to accept the quote with up to 50% of the total quote to be paid in stage payments prior to installation, and the remaining balance due upon completion. If any products or services are changed, the quote may be subject to change.

As the customer, you have the responsibility of selecting every design feature for your garage door, including the colour, profile, and finish type. It is important to note that once the manufacturing process begins, no changes or modifications can be made to your selections. Prime Garage Doors cannot be held accountable for any modification requests after this point.

In the event that you cancel your order, please note that we may withhold a portion of your paid deposit to cover any materials that have already been purchased and cannot be returned.

Unless otherwise indicated, all invoices must be settled upon completion of the services rendered.

Invoices can be paid by cash, bank transfers, and Eftpos payments. We accept all major credit cards, however, card payments may incur a surcharge based on banking regulations.

Prime Garage Doors do not cover the work of contractors such as builders, electricians or carpenters. Therefore, you are responsible for hiring these contractors individually if their services are required under separate contracts.

By owning a property, you acknowledge the possibility of defects and shortcomings. Prime Garage Doors is not obligated to evaluate the appropriateness, standard, or compatibility of the building materials or infrastructure on the premises, whether existing or proposed.

Our call-out and service fees include the travel expenses and servicing of your garage door and opener. If any additional parts or labour are required, we will inform you of the cost before proceeding with any extra work.

Prime Garage Doors provide a 12-month warranty for any defects in our workmanship and labour. Additionally, the products we use come with their own individual manufacturer's product warranties of varying lengths. If any problems occur, we may refer you to a specific manufacturer for assistance.

Occasionally, minor imperfections such as light scratches or rubbing may occur during the manufacturing or transportation process. Please be aware that we have the right to repair any defects on site.

If you own new products that have been supplied and fitted by Prime Garage Doors, it's important to ensure that they are maintained annually by a trained professional. This will ensure that any manufacturer's product warranty remains valid.​

We aim to be punctual when it comes to meeting arrival and departure times for our services. However, if there are any changes that take us outside of these times, we will promptly inform the individual(s) whose contact details have been provided.

In the event that we cannot access your property during a scheduled appointment, we will attempt to reach out to the person listed on the contact details you provided. We will wait for a brief period before leaving and may impose a failed call-out fee.

These Terms of Service, in addition to any written agreement between Prime Garage Doors and the customer, constitute the entire agreement or contract between both parties for the supply of products and services.

This agreement for the supply of any product or services by Prime Garage Doors to the buyer shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
